The Wellness Committee's 2nd annual Food Network Kitchen party, on Saturday night, Jan. 29th, was a huge success! Partygoers enjoyed a great night of delicious food from local Brooklyn chefs, unique libations and even unique raffle gifts (including white truffles!), all in the fabulous, world-famous Food Network Kitchen in the Chelsea Market in Manhattan. We raised appx $5,000, all of which will go towards the Wellness Committee's activities to improve school food and encourage students to make healthy food and lifestyle choices. A HUGE thank you to PS 107 parent and Food Network senior producer Jill Novatt, who worked tirelessly to put the entire event together. Thanks as well to PS 107 parents Melissa & Brendan Vaughan for bringing in the chefs and Jane Walsh for goody bag items.
