Jon Scieszka (rhymes with Fresca) is the USA's first National Ambassador for Young People's Literature. He's traveling the USA over the next two years talking to parents and school groups. His mission is to raise the national awareness of the importance of children's literature. Mr Scieszka is an award winning children's author living in Brooklyn. His titles include, "The Stinky Cheese Man", The "Time Warp Trio" series and "Math Curse" to name a few. See scenes frrom his visit below.
